The Referral Scheme - How it works
The model that this system is based on is that of shopping catalogues - a tried-and-tested technology.
STEP 1: Recommend our wedding speeches packages.
STEP 2: When your 'contact' has bought and paid for a wedding speech package, ask them for the name and email address that they used when buying. (We know this sounds silly; but people do use aliases on line even when buying).
STEP 3: For us to be able to send you your referral fee, we need to know some details from you:

Cheque Payee. (Who do I make the cheque payable to?)

We will reply to say that we have received your claim.
We will reply to say if you are entitled to a referral fee, and how much.
Some Rules:
Clearly it is necessary for us to match people asking for referral fees with customers who have paid for a wedding speech package. The way we do this is to ask you to provide us with the first name and email address of the customer, these details will have been provided by the customer when buying. Provided such a customer has bought a speech package the referral fee will be sent to you.
If the name and email address cannot be matched then no referral fee will be paid. We will contact you by email to say that we have no evidence of your referred customer. If you are then able to provide us with any other details that allow us to correctly identify a paying customer we will still send you the referral fee.
In most cases there should not be any difficulty in matching customer and referrer. If we receive a claim for a referral fee from more than one person, then we will only make a payment to the first claimant. As claims should be made by email we will look to the date (and if necessary the time) of the email when it arrives at OUR system.
We are aware that this system is potentially open to 'abuse' against the spirit of seeking new customers by word of mouth recommendations. We reserve the right to change the details and method of the referral payment scheme at any time. In such event all valid claims will be paid out on the old basis, up to the date on which any new arrangements are posted on the website.
