Ms. R. had a problem with the downloaded file.

Please can you email us the .exe file that we tried to download from your website.? The file is corrupt (we tried to open it with Word!!)

My apologies that you are experiencing difficulties. Occasionally there can be an internet/computer problem when downloading which can corrupt files.

I expect that by now you have received an email titled "Backup Delivery system". If you have followed the instructions in that you will have had another opportunity to download the .exe file; or to view and save the individual files.

One other point - the .exe file cannot be read with MS-Word, but needs to be "opened" with a double click on the file name within My-Computer. This will install several files which you can then read with your internet browser. The install will create a desktop icon - just double-click on this.

If you continue to have difficulty, please email me with details of a convenient time when I can telephone you, and we can sort out any continuing problems.
