If I purchase a speech via internet, will the speech be sent by email? How long will it take to receive the speeches?

Dear Mr. Q.

The 'primary' way we deliver your speeches is via a web page which is displayed once your payment is processed. You click on a download link on this page to receive a set-up file, which installs the speeches into a folder on your computer and creates shortcuts to it.

The whole process can take less than 5 minutes, but if you allow, say, 20 minutes for slower internet connections, slower computers etc., this should be plenty.

As a backup procedure we ALSO send you an email which provides access to our products in alternative formats. This caters for the small proportion of people who have experienced problems with the main delivery system.

If you have encountered problems with the primary system, the backup should be delivered to you within normal email delivery times (between 1 and 20 minutes). This will give you immediate access via your internet browser. How much longer it takes to download the speeches and install them on your computer depends on which options you choose. It may take as little as 5 minutes.
