The wedding speeches, jokes and quotations & toasts are provided in web (HTML) format. They can be used with any web browser on any operating system.
The file you download is a self extracting archive (.exe) file which will run on Windows based computers. The ZIP file that is sent to you by email should be useable on all other systems.
To date nobody has had problems using the speeches on their computer, however if our normal files are incompatible with your system, contact us and we will send the files in un-compressed HTML or plain text.
We accept debit and credit card payments via our payment agents - Worldpay. They are specialists in secure internet transactions, and they use secure servers, with encryption of the information sent. The level of security for such transactions is normally judged as better than in a shop or restaurant.
We at finespeeches.com never see your credit card details, which are only supplied to Worldpay at their Secure Server.

Provided that you choose to pay in your own local currency the value shown on the step-2 page IS THE VALUE WHICH WILL APPEAR on your credit / debit card STATEMENT.
It is possible for you to choose to pay in a currency different from your local currency, but we can't think why anyone would want to do this, because then you would probably incur conversion charges or exchange rate movement costs from your credit/debit card provider.

On completion of purchase you will see a web page which:
To make sure you receive your speeches, we also send the pack as an email attachment to the email address that you provide with your payment details.
THIS will be a simple zip file, not an executable install because some internet service providers now reject emails with "exe" attachments in case they are viruses. If you do not already use a zip manager such as Winzip we also provide a link to the Winzip web site from where you can download a free trial.
By this method you should have received your speeches pack within 5-20 minutes after completing payment, depending on how quickly the email systems are running.
IF these methods are incompatible with your system, contact us and we will send the files in un-compressed HTML or plain text.
STEP 1: Select your speech pack.
Click on your chosen wedding speeches pack(s) from the selection page. If you purchase two, there is
a 25% discount, and if you purchase 3 packs there is a 33% discount.
You will be taken to a secure credit card payment facility run by WorldPay.
NOTE: The Worldpay payment page usually loads within 20 seconds, but sometimes the internet is slow. If it is slow do not worry - you can either wait for the page to load or 'stop' the process and try again later.
STEP 2: Payment Details

NOTE: The "Visa Payment" card is for company credit cards, individuals should normally select the "Visa" card.

Your address details - This is a security check to protect you, the shopper,
and us also.
Your email address - Please double-check your email address is correct, as it
is required for us to supply your Wedding Speech Package.

Once your details are completed press, the "MAKE PAYMENT" button ONCE
ONLY.
Processing usually takes less than 30 seconds, but sometimes the internet is
slow.
Please DO NOT press the "make payment" button again, as this will
take a second payment from your credit/debit card, and cause processing charges
that cannot be recovered.
STEP 3: Download your speeches pack
Once you have made the payment for your Wedding Speech Package:
Worldpay will send you an email, to acknowledge your payment.
A web page will appear from where you can download your speech pack. Full instructions
are provided on the displayed page.
You will also receive an email with the speeches pack attached. This should arrive within a few minutes.
NOTE: Although we send you an email with the speeches, we recommend that you download from the displayed download page.
Some email systems prevent the delivery of emails with 'executable' attachments. We cannot send you a self-extracting zip file; instead we send a simple zip file which you can unzip. In case you do not already have a suitable program, we provide a link to the Winzip website where you can download a trial version.

The card security code is a number printed on your credit or debit card. The number is not embossed, and hence does not print on receipts etc. making it harder for anyone other than authorised users to know what the code is.
The format and position of the security code differs on different cards. Here are some examples:

Although problems with the payment process are extremely rare, we are aware that the unexpected can happen on the internet, and we are ready to respond as necessary.
As a guide, usually the whole 3-step payment and download process takes about 5 minutes.
Up until you have clicked on the "MAKE PAYMENT" button on the Payment Details page (Step 2) you can stop at any time. No Money will be taken from your account, no details will be recorded or processed.
What if you click the "make payment" button and nothing happens?
Be Patient!
Worldpay performs security checks on the details which have been submitted before processing the payment and sending you the web page for downloading.
In our tests the processing and display of the download page has never taken more than a minute, so if you wait 3-5 minutes and no download page has appeared:
Check your email. If Worldpay has processed a payment against your card it WILL send you an email to tell you the details of the transaction.
You may also find that the email has arrived from us with the speeches attached.
If after 20 minutes you have not received any email it is probable that no payment has been made.

IF no payment has been processed, then either you can safely start the process again, OR contact us and we can take your details and arrange for your speech pack via email or special download page.
IF a payment has been taken, then contact us. We WILL ensure that you get the speeches that you have paid for!
We will check the Worldpay system to confirm that payment has been processed and then we will arrange for the speech pack to reach you.
IF you have successfully made a payment and the download page has been displayed and THEN something goes wrong, check your email as described above.
