What if I think something has gone wrong?
As a guide, only one customer has contacted us with a problem relating to making a payment. This problem was not a failure of the payment system, but an instance where the "make a payment" button was clicked more than once.
As a guide, usually the whole payment and download process is completed within 5 minutes.
Although problems with the payment process have proved to be extremely rare, we are aware that the unexpected can happen on the internet, and we are prepared to deal with any problems as necessary.

Up until you have clicked on the "make payment" button on the Payment Details Page (Step 2 of 3) you can stop at any time. No Money will be taken from your account, no details will be recorded or processed.

What if you have clicked the "make payment" button and nothing has happened?
Be Patient
Once you click the "make Payment" button Worldpay performs security checks on the details which have been submitted before processing the payment and sending you the web page for downloading.
Depending on how busy the internet is at the time you make your payment this may take a little time. In our tests the processing and display of the dowload page has never taken more than a minute, so if you wait 3-5 minutes and no download page has appeared ...
What Next - No Download page?
Try checking your email. If worldpay has processed a payment against your card it WILL send you an email to say so, and to tell you the details of the transaction.
You may also find that an email has arrived from us with the speeches attached. This is because as well as giving you the chance to download a speech pack, we also send it by email.
If after 20 minutes you have not received any email it is probable that no payment has been made.
What Next - No email to confirm payment/deliver speeches?
Visit Worldpay at their shopper's help document Here and if this does not solve the problem the help document provides a direct telephone number on which you can speak to a real person and ask if the payment has been processed or not.
If no payment has been processed, then either you can safely attempt the process again, or contact us and we can take the details over the phone and arrange for the speech pack to be sent by email and/or provide you with a special download page.
If a payment has been taken, then contact us by email or phone. We WILL ensure that you get the speeches that you have paid for!
We will check on the Worldpay system to confirm that a payment has been processed and then we will arrange for the speech pack to be sent by email and/or provide you with a special download page.

Suppose you have successfully made a payment and the download page has been displayed and THEN something goes wrong before you have downloaded your speech pack. In this case, check your emails as described above to see if our speech pack is delivered by email.
If not, or if you have any other problem, then contact us by email or phone. We WILL ensure that you get the speeches that you have paid for!
